Underground Railroad Part 1
Detective Bock and Dr. DeVries are on the search for necessary medical supplies for sick children. Of course they must head to the supply kingpin The Penguin in order to get it. Dr. DeVries agrees to care for the Penguin's sick birds in return for the medicine. After the medicine runs dry Detective Bock agrees to fight a local gang leader called Angel for more supplies.
